About Us

Alberto R. Vadia Alberto R. Vadia is the portfolio manager of Fruit Tree™ Capital Management, LLC and has run the Fruit Tree™ Fund, LP since he co-founded it in 2024. He brings over a decade of previous experience in real estate investing and development. Alberto is a former United States Marine. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Columbia University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from MIT. He lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife and two sons.
